Lagniappe
Not all property management companies are created equal. At GSPM we offer all clients a little Lagniappe – at no charge to the association:
- We track home sales and welcome all new neighbors with a packet of pertinent neighborhood information (Covenants and Restrictions, By Laws, ACC request forms, BOD information and our contact information) and a box of freshly baked cookies!
- We provide bi annual board member training seminars hosted by a licensed Louisiana attorney and real estate agent. These seminars are a great way to bench mark with other associations in the area and get your questions answered. The sessions provide the most up to date issues and laws pertaining to HOA management to help keep our clients compliant with all relevant laws and best practices.
- We award Garden of the Month beginning in the Spring to Board selected homeowners. This is a great way to encourage friendly competition amongst neighbors to see who has the best looking yard in the neighborhood!
